Happy and honored to be among StartupItalia’s Unstoppable Women 2026!
I thank StartupItalia and Chiara Trombetta for this recognition and, above all, for the work they have carried out over the past ten years to highlight female skills, experiences, and leadership.
Scrolling through the list, what is striking is not only the number of women present, but the extraordinary variety of their backgrounds: entrepreneurs, managers, researchers, scientists, professionals, creatives, athletes, and protagonists of social and technological innovation.
This diversity demonstrates the abundance of female talent and how women excel in the most diverse fields, overcoming the stereotypes that still shape expectations, opportunities, and even the way we recognize expertise.
But such a broad list also reminds us how many women could still be nominated and recognized. Because, as StartupItalia emphasizes, this is not a ranking or a definitive snapshot, but a moving observatory, destined to grow thanks to the community.
Visibility isn’t an individual thing: it means opening up spaces, offering girls a platform, and helping change the collective imagination about who can innovate, lead, and build the future.
