Last Tuesday, I had the pleasure of attending a new meeting of the Torino Social Impact Community of Practice on Gender Equality, which I coordinate. The meeting brought together organizations and professionals committed to promoting inclusive and sustainable policies.
Together, we explored corporate welfare tools and policies to support parenting, work-life balance, and gender equality, starting with a national framework of existing rights—such as parental leave—and the remaining critical issues.
Three different yet complementary experiences demonstrate how care, flexibility, and social responsibility can become real levers of change in organizations.
