On Tuesday, December 16, I attended the meeting held in Carmagnola on the topic of work-life balance. This was an opportunity for dialogue and reflection on issues that directly affect the daily lives of many people and require concrete, cultural, and political responses.
The initiative is part of the broader commitment of the association La città di Eufemia, which was founded to promote gender equality in its community, combat inequality, and foster a more equitable and inclusive society where rights, opportunities, and responsibilities are truly shared.
An interesting contribution came from Arianna Santero, a university researcher and expert on families, inequality, and social policies, who enriched the discussion with analysis and insights.
I was deeply honored to be named Honorary President of the Association. I accepted this recognition also to demonstrate that promoting gender equality is not just a goal, but a collective journey that requires commitment, listening, and vision.
A special thanks to the members of the association La città di Eufemia.
