Like Acca, I also consider myself an activist in a world where people want to erase this word or at least make it inoffensive.
On Thursday, March 27, we discussed this, specifically the gender pay gap, in a talk organized by Acca as part of the Pink Talk Freelance Desk and the Biennale e Democrazia‘s Diffusa Democracy program. The talk was titled “Wage Gap and Battles for Equality,” with Alessandra Brogliatto, Head of Research, Development, Training, and P.O. at Confcooperative Piemonte Nord, Miriam Colombero, a freelancer and member of the Pink Community, and Caterina Giannottu, Secretary of Acta, the Freelance Association.
