On November 14th I had the pleasure of joining the General Assembly of Connecting Women In Digital Forum remotely, where I am actively involved in the thematic working group #TWG2 – Leadership & Empowerment, coordinated by Simona Ramanauskaitė.
The Assembly also marked a new chapter with the introduction of two additional working groups:
- TWG3 – Reprogramming Skills: VET as a Catalyst for Women’s Digital Transitions
- TWG4 – Intersectional Approaches
Both are now open to new experts who want to contribute to advancing women’s participation in the digital world.
During the session, we were asked a powerful question:
“When you think of women in digital, what one word describes the future you want?”
For me, the word is IMPACT — because I believe women’s presence must drive a more equitable digital world, one that creates opportunities for all people, regardless of their backgrounds or identities.
