Yesterday I attended the sixth edition of AIxWomen at the University of Milan-Bicocca, an event that combines training and discussion on Artificial Intelligence with a focus on gender equality.
The format’s goal is clear: to provide the fundamentals of AI to understand its foundations and, at the same time, to reflect on how this technology can become an ally of gender equality and, more generally, of a more equal society.
Each edition is born from the convergence of the expertise of Donne 4.0 members and those of the professors at the university hosting the event, creating a unique and ever-changing dialogue.
This synergy has proven successful in Milan too: not just expertise, but also the shared belief in contributing to the construction of ethical, equitable, and inclusive AI. An important step in demonstrating that innovation, when guided by shared values, can
truly become a tool for empowerment for all.
It’s wonderful to feel part of a community that shares a strategic goal for the common good.
