In October, I had the pleasure of speaking at Cybearly Forecasting 2026 in Pescara, where I discussed AI and gender equality, building on a long-standing belief: artificial intelligence and gender equality can be allies.
I thank the organizers, particularly Michela M. Ruggiero, for the invitation and for the opportunity to engage not only with industry specialists, but also with so many young women and men—a crucial audience for conveying the value of inclusion and digital awareness to new generations.
Cybearly is an initiative promoted by BearIT Srl and Cybear with the aim of disseminating skills and raising awareness of the importance of adopting new approaches, tools, and strategies in cybersecurity.
Kudos to those working to build digital culture and awareness with a multidisciplinary approach, which is more essential than ever today.
It was also an opportunity for me to meet other professionals like Giovanna Fragalà and Silvia Bernardini.
