Women in AI Italy’s monthly event continues to be a moment of discussion and inspiration for our community.
This time, we had Delfina Malandrino with us, who shared the initiatives of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Salerno to promote the presence of women in STEM disciplines, particularly in ICT.
The results in the region are already tangible: there has been a significant increase in female students choosing technical-scientific paths, a sign that change is possible and concrete.
The participants’ enthusiasm in sharing experiences and projects confirms the strength of our community. We are already considering new collaborations between academia, businesses, and associations to continue building bridges and opportunities for inclusion and innovation.
